Job summary

A leading therapy service provider in Overland Park is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will perform assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clients and their families to enhance quality of life and independence. Candidates should hold a master's degree in psychology or a related field, possess a valid driver's license, and ideally have BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• License in Kansas and Missouri preferred.
• Previous experience as a BCBA preferred.
• BLS and CPR certified preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and facilitate individual therapies.
• Create individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information.
• Provide training for staff on behavioral protocols.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and outside professionals.
• Provide initial and ongoing staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocols.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with the treatment team including client, parents, and caregivers as well as outside professionals.
• Update and maintain data collection systems and disseminate information to the team.
• Provide direct modeling and support in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching, errorless teaching, and natural environment training.
• Learn ethical billing standards and abide by these standards when working with clients.
• Attend and engage in team meetings.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor (non-billable time).

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. You will work directly with clients and their families and target the skills that will provide them with the highest quality of life and independence. Responsibilities

• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• Provide initial and ongoing staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocols
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the treatment team including client, parents and caregivers as well as any outside professionals (i.e. school staff , speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.)
• Update & maintain data collection systems & disseminate information to the team
• Provide direct modeling and support in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching, errorless teaching and natural environment training
• Learn ethical billing standards and abide by these standards when working with clients
• Attend and engage in team meetings
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor (non-billable time)
