Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment services in home and clinic settings. You will assess, program, monitor progress, train caregivers, and coordinate with other providers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

You will ensure compliance with state and billing guidelines, provide supervision to staff, and contribute to treatment planning and outcomes measurement.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified or state-licensed and meet state-specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience using applied behavior analysis with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Coordinate care with other providers and handle insurance authorizations and funding forms.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transition planning with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure and supervise staff to develop independent clinical skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete reports and administrative tasks timely.
