Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop goals.
• Empower families: lead caregiver training sessions for long-term capacity building.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
