Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a BCBA.
• Eligible to supervise those seeking BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VB-MAPP and ABLLS assessments.
• Design individualized programs based on assessment results.
• Supervise and train therapists.
• Provide parent training across various settings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Experience with children diagnosed with autism

Hands-on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention

Expertise in program design

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
