Job summary

Panasonic North America is seeking a Production Manager for our electrode manufacturing line. You will own the management of assigned production line(s), lead teams, and ensure production goals are met while driving efficiency and quality in lithium ion battery production.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, with MBA preferred, and proven leadership in high‑volume manufacturing. You will drive Lean principles, KPI tracking, and a safe, compliant operation in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership for a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own management of assigned production line(s) and KPI delivery.
• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer and business goals.
