Qualifications

• Oversee a small team of Battery Assemblers.
• Must read and understand work instructions written in English.
• Maintain attention to detail in assembly tasks.
• Capable with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure battery assemblies rotate through all tasks.
• Oversee final assembly of cables, battery packs, or electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Adhere to workmanship standards and safety protocols (PPE).
• Verify time and attendance and enforce time policies.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement efforts with engineers and supervisors.
• Engage in ongoing training and adopt new processes as needed.
• Perform tasks accurately and thoroughly within deadlines.
