Aved Electronics in Lowell, MA is seeking a Battery Assembler Lead for 1st and 2nd shift. You will supervise a small team, rotate them through all assembly tasks, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will collaborate with engineers and supervisors to drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, English literacy, and the ability to read work instructions; prior experience in battery or electro-mechanical assembly is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hand tools.
• Proficient knowledge of measuring devices including vernier/caliper.

Responsabilités

• Rotate Battery Assemblers through all tasks in a production process.
• Oversee final assembly of cables, battery packs, or electro-mechanical assemblies for the team.
• Maintain workmanship standards and ensure attendance policies are followed.
• Lead and supervise a small battery assembly team during daily activities.
