Job summary

Lithion Battery in Lowell, MA is seeking a Battery Assembly Lead for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will supervise a small team, ensure all assembly tasks are completed accurately, and rotate workers through the process.

You will work with engineers and supervisors to drive continuous improvement, uphold safety protocols, and maintain quality during final assembly of battery packs and related components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Oversee a small group of Battery Assembly employees during daily activity.
• Read/write English and speak English throughout the workday.
• Attention to detail in work instructions written in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Rotate Battery Assemblers through all tasks in a production process.
• Ensure final assembly of cables, battery packs, or electro-mechanical units.
• Adhere to workmanship standards and safety protocols.
• Verify time and attendance and maintain productive workforce.
• Participate in cross training and continuous improvement efforts.
