Job summary

ISD Construction is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join our residential remodeling team. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience installing showers and tubs, completing bathroom remodels, and troubleshooting field issues in customers’ homes.

Immediate full-time hire with on-site work. Starting pay ranges from $30.00–$42.00 per hour, based on experience and ability, with opportunities for advancement as leadership responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing showers and tubs.
• Experience completing bathroom remodels in customers' homes.
• Able to troubleshoot field problems and work independently.
• Training provided; prior residential construction experience preferred.
• Immediate full-time hire.

Responsibilities

• Shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements.
• Tub-to-shower conversions.
• Acrylic shower and bath system installation.
• Walk-in tub installation.
• Full and partial bathroom remodeling.
• Demolition and job-site preparation.
• Shower base and bathtub installation.
• Shower wall system installation.
• Plumbing valve and fixture installation.
• Shower door installation.
• Minor framing and carpentry.
• Drywall and wall repair.
• Trim and finish carpentry.
• Flooring and finish work.
• Measuring and laying out installations.
• Identifying and correcting job-site problems.
• Loading and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
