Job summary
ISD Construction is seeking an experienced Experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join our residential remodeling team in California. The position offers immediate full-time employment with pay ranging from $30.00 to $42.00 per hour based on experience and demonstrated ability.
Responsibilities include leading bathroom remodels, performing shower and bath installations, and coordinating field work end-to-end.
Qualifications
- Hands-on residential remodeling experience.
- Experience with bathroom remodeling, shower/bath replacements.
- Ability to run projects independently with limited supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and field troubleshooting skills.
- Professional communication with homeowners and team.
Responsibilities
- Shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements.
- Tub-to-shower conversions and acrylic system installs.
- Walk-in tub installation and full/partial bathroom remodels.
- Demolition and job-site preparation, plumbing, carpentry, drywall.
- Shower wall system, trim, and finish carpentry work.
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and protect customer homes.
- Lead installer duties and training of helpers when needed.
