ISD Construction is hiring an experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join our residential remodeling team. This role involves shower and bath replacements, demolition, and coordinating projects from start to finish as Lead Installer.

Starting compensation reflects experience and ability, with opportunities for growth based on performance and responsibility. Training is provided as needed, and applicants should have meaningful residential construction experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on residential remodeling experience is required.
• Experience with bathroom remodeling, shower installation, or related trades is preferred.
• Able to work in customers' homes with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements.
• Tub-to-shower conversions.
• Acrylic shower and bath system installation.
• Walk-in tub installation.
• Full and partial bathroom remodeling.
• Demolition and job-site preparation.
