Job summary

ISD Construction is seeking an Experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join our residential remodeling team in California. The role covers shower and bath replacements, full installations, and ensuring high workmanship standards.

Starting pay ranges from $30 to $42 per hour, with pay determined by experience, skill, and the ability to lead projects. This is a full-time, immediate-hire position with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on residential remodeling experience.
• Experience with bathroom remodeling and shower installations.
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes.
• Strong communication with homeowners and team.
• Fluent English and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements.
• Install acrylic shower and bath systems and complete remodels.
• Demolish, prepare, and finish work with quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot and solve common field issues.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and communicate with customers.
