Job summary

West Shore Home in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Lead Shower & Bath Installer to perform safe installations, remove old fixtures, and install tubs or pans with updated plumbing, following SOPs and PPE. Expect a 6:30 AM start, Monday–Friday, with customer-facing duties and on-site work.

Salary is hourly $23–$28, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, an HSA, paid holidays and PTO, and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone/device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
