Job summary

Vail Resorts at Stowe Mountain Resort seeks a Lead Base Area Operator for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will support base area operations to deliver an exceptional arrival experience for guests and contribute to smooth resort functioning throughout the day.

The role offers full-time hours with a starting wage of $20–$22 per hour, and includes benefits such as employee passes, free ski lessons, discounts, and wellness programs. Seasonal employment and housing options may be available.

Qualifications

As an Advanced Base Area Operator, you will perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. It is a great opportunity to perform a variety of different work through the day ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.

Job Specifications

The expected pay range is$20/hr - $22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
