Vail Resorts in Vermont is seeking an Advanced Base Area Operator for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will support base-area operations, assist with parking, scanning, and event support, delivering a smooth arrival experience for guests.
Starting wage is $20–$22 per hour with full-time hours available. This winter-season role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50 lb, and weekend/holiday availability; housing is available for eligible team members.

As an Advanced Base Area Operator, you will perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. It is a great opportunity to perform a variety of different work through the day ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.
Starting Wage: $20/hr - $22/hr

Assist in all base area operations which may include and is not limited to parking, scanning, upkeep of base area
Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events

Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
Ability to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.)
Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
Ability to work weekends and holidays
1+ years of related experience
Ability to meet company standards for Motor Vehicle Record
The expected pay range is $20/hr - $22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
