Job summary

United Pharma seeks an experienced BAS technical lead to oversee the enterprise Building Automation System lifecycle, ensuring efficient, reliable, and sustainable facility operations. You will guide major BAS initiatives, standardize processes, and deliver technical solutions across HVAC and electrical systems.

You will collaborate with facility teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex building system issues, drive continuous improvements, and influence BAS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with BAS/ facilities experience.
• Experience with BAS design, installation, commissioning, and training.
• Excellent mechanical system knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Review/mark-up drawings, specifications, and equipment designs for BAS projects.
• Manage and/or oversee BAS projects from concept through execution.
• Handle financial aspects including RFPs, PO tracking, and CAPEX requests.
• Create, review, and execute project commissioning documents.
• Lead continuous improvement of BAS standards and SOPs.
• Lead contractors performing installation and programming on BAS components.
• Inspect and test pneumatic, electric, electronic, and digital control equipment.
• Provide training and support to Maintenance/Facility Staff on BAS operations.
• Document work, root cause, and resolutions in a CMMS.
