LeoForce is seeking a Lead BAS/HVAC Controls Service Specialist to oversee field operations in the Greater Sacramento Area. You will manage BAS installation, startup, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and retrofit projects for commercial customers, while mentoring technicians and coordinating with engineering, project management, and sales teams.

The role requires 7+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience, a valid CA driver's license, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Job Details

As a Lead Controls Technician on our team, you will be responsible for leading field operations across the Greater Sacramento Area, overseeing BAS installation, startup, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and retrofit projects for commercial customers. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with field leadership, working closely with engineering, project management, and sales while mentoring technicians and helping establish consistent service and commissioning standards.

MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of BAS/HVAC Controls industry experience
• Ability to be a part of the UA Plumbers & Pipefitters or SMART Sheet Metal Workers union
• BAS startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience
• Valid CA driver's license
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms (or related): Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Honeywell etc.

NICE TO HAVE

• Tridium Niagara N4 certification
• Johnson Controls Metasys and/or FX
• Honeywell
