HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a BAS Commissioning Project Manager to lead commissioning across life sciences, semiconductors, and manufacturing projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations while coordinating engineers, construction managers, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for commissioning projects in capital construction or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the commissioning process for capital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate and manage the commissioning team, and lead coordination with engineers, construction managers, designers, technicians, and clients.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for successful commissioning.
• Track and report on deliverables, milestones, and financial performance to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, design, safety regulations, and company best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams, maintaining relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
