Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Building Automation Systems Technician to troubleshoot, install, and program BAS on construction sites. The role requires hands-on field work and strong coordination with project teams.

As Lead Systems Specialist you will commission distributed digital control systems, verify installation progress, and configure networks and workstations to ensure reliable operation of BAS networks such as BACnet, LON and Modbus.

Qualifications

• Experience with building automation systems on construction sites.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install and program BAS.
• Knowledge of networked control systems and field devices.

Responsibilities

• Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines.
• Act as the Lead Technician and coordinate work with Team Leader.
• Support the Project Manager by attending job site coordination meetings and verifying installation progress.
• Configure PC workstations and user interfaces; ensure proper network performance.
