Job summary

KemperSports, Inc. is seeking a Lead Bartender at Cedar Point Club to provide exceptional beverage service and lead seasonal cocktail initiatives. You will help with ordering, inventory, and maintaining bar operations to ensure top-quality service for members and guests.

Responsibilities include supervising bartenders, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere and supporting club events and functions.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, banquet, or food and beverage service experience preferred.
• High school required.
• 1 year bartending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to members and guests.
• Develop, implement, and maintain seasonal cocktail menus.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to approved recipes.
• Assist with ordering liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies.
• Conduct regular beverage inventories and monitor costs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Train bartenders to ensure consistent beverage preparation and service.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and club policies.
• Assist with beverage service for club events and functions.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
