Job summary

Bloomfield Hills Country Club is seeking an Executive Bartender to lead all club beverage outlets and uphold the club’s service standards. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and a commitment to exceptional member experiences.

You will work closely with the Service Department and Club Managers to ensure beverages meet BHCC standards and contribute to continuous improvements in all beverage areas.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in full uniform and appearance standards.
• Follow all Food and Beverage Standards and Procedures.
• Maintain beverage inventories and monitor monthly stock.
• Understand and operate JONAS at all levels.
• Improve wine/cocktail program using new techniques and recipes.
• Maintain communication with Management and teammates.
• Prime beverage-outlet areas for service quality and cleanliness.
• Act as Closing Manager when needed.
• Perform other duties to support F&B operations.
