Pins Mechanical Co in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Bartender to support the team and management while taking the lead in the assigned bar area.

You will deliver exceptional beverage service, maintain bar organization, know the menu and promotions, and ensure accurate cash handling; adaptability to a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.

Competenze

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Current Floor Managers preferred.

• Certify team members are pouring and ringing in drinks properly in the POS, and communicate concerns to management

• Perform pre-opening or closing duties of location as assigned by manager
