Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume hospitality or bar setting.
• Knowledge of craft beer and a curiosity to learn more.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Calm, confident presence with a team-first mindset.
• Dependability, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes loud environments.
• TIPS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with top-tier customer service and genuine hospitality.
• Support and guide front-of-house staff to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Pour beers, fill growlers, and explain offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Foster a positive, pride-filled team environment through presence and example.
• Maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our standards and values.
• Ensure safety and compliance, including age verification for all alcohol service.
• Operate POS system, handle cash drawer with accuracy, and follow opening/closing procedures.
