Responsibilities

• Lead bartending duties and assist teammates with daily tasks
• Provide high-quality service and build guest connections
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock, perform closing procedures
• Know menu items, ingredients, and garnishes, answer guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment
• I.D. guests and monitor for overservice
