White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in bartending preferred; hotel/rooftop bar background a plus.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean bar station and health standards.
• Know cocktail menu, beers, wines, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Process payments and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and ensure liquor law compliance.
