Job summary

Scenic Group (Scenic / Emerald Cruises) seeks a talented and experienced Bartender to join our aboard team. You will deliver courteous bar service to guests and crew and be responsible for the bars assigned, including lounge and restaurant setups and inventory management of wine lists and spirits.

The ideal candidate has international mixology experience, excellent organizational skills, fluent English, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• International experience in mixology drinks within the catering industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails, coffee).
• Prepare and serve drinks following ship recipes.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Service-minded with an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Fluent English and good verbal communication.

Responsibilities
