Job summary

Hornblower Corp seeks a skilled Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and provide friendly, efficient service aboard our cruise vessel. You will know beverage recipes, follow menus and prices, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.

You will set up and break down the bar, maintain cleanliness, handle POS transactions, and inform guests about beverages and entertainment options. Availability for nights, weekends, and major holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Thorough knowledge of beverage recipes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Follow beverage recipes accurately and know menu prices.
• Deliver prompt bar service to guests and servers.
• Set up and break down bar and restock according to par specs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar and work areas.
