Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking a bartender to craft drinks aboard our passenger vessel, delivering hospitality with a view. You will mix, shake, pour, and serve drinks while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include fast, friendly service, POS usage, and sharing knowledge about menus, entertainment, routes, and points of interest. Must meet grooming standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules.

Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.
