Job summary

Requirements include three years of high-volume bar experience, supervisory work, and Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.

Qualifications

• Three years of high-volume bar/food service experience.
• At least one year of supervisory/lead bartender experience.
• Must be 21+ with Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.
• Micros and POS systems knowledge is preferred.
• MS Office and Windows OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartending team and ensure service standards.
• Train staff on product knowledge and techniques.
• Control costs by par levels and inventory management.
