You will shape the beverage program, mentor staff, and ensure service meets our high standards. A strong mixology and wine background is essential, with WSET/CMS intro valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in upscale, wine-focused or boutique restaurant environments.
• Strong mixology foundation and wine knowledge.
• Experience working within a cohesive restaurant concept (not nightclub-focused).

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage program with consistency and creativity.
• Execute classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair.
• Deliver confident, engaging service and educate guests on beverage selections.
• Maintain bar organization, prep, inventory, and compliance with regulations.
