Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Lead Bartender to join our premium hotel bar team. You will train and support colleagues while delivering outstanding guest experiences, expertly handling menus, garnishes, and beverage presentation.

The ideal candidate brings bartending experience, a sociable and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. DailyPay, health coverage from Day 1, and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required for Lead Bartender.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartending duties and assist with training other team members.
• Provide high-quality service, engage guests, and offer menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and perform daily side work.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• I.D. guests and monitor beverage service in accordance with alcohol policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned
• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve
• Perform other duties as assigned
