White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will train peers, deliver high-quality service, and ensure guest satisfaction through knowledgeable recommendations and present drinks.

Position requires fast-paced endurance, attention to detail, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays. Join us in fostering a safe, collaborative bar environment across our premium hotels and venues.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required for a Lead Bartender
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace
• Available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead bartender will train others and support daily tasks
• Provide high-quality service with friendly conversation and suggestions
• Maintain bar cleanliness and daily side work
• Know menu items, contents, prep methods, garnishes; answer questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and a safe, friendly work environment
• ID guests and monitor beverage service to avoid overserving
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned
• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve
• Perform other duties as assigned

• The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary
