SA Hospitality Group is seeking a lead bartender who can mentor the team, uphold beverage standards, and lead bar service with customer-focused energy.

The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage high-volume shifts. You will train new staff, supervise opening/closing tasks, and maintain stock, quality and brand integrity across the lounge and dining areas.

Responsabilidades

• Train new hires on product knowledge and service standards, acting as a mentor.
• Supervise opening or closing duties in the absence of a manager and coordinate with management.
• Report service, maintenance, or quality concerns to management for action.
• Maintain bar quality, consistency, and recipe execution across shifts.
• Be an expert on our brand offerings and daily beverage menus.
• Upsell items and ensure a welcoming, beverage-forward guest experience.
