About the role:

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and information on preparation methods. Lead the bar team in cocktail development, staff training, and education.

What you will do:

  1. Describe food & beverage menu items vividly, including origin, taste, and preparation, and communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery and check for accuracy.
  2. Describe and serve all food and beverage items to guests.
  3. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns.
  4. Close guest checks accurately; process payments; handle voided checks or complimentary meals properly.
  5. Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, buffets, and food stations.
  6. Follow Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
  7. Drive cocktail menu updates, ensuring fresh, seasonal options are available and staff are trained accordingly.
  8. Manage beverage procurement, inventory, and pricing, coordinating with suppliers and the purchasing department.
  9. Train new staff on beverage operations and ongoing training for existing staff.
  10. Maintain accurate cash accounts, perform nightly cash drops, and prepare audits as needed.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bartender Certificate preferred.
  • At least four years of experience in food service, preferably in a luxury bar or lounge.
  • Ability to carry trays and process transactions accurately.

Schedule & Hours:
