What You Bring

• Desire to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards.
• Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement changes.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and manuals.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of restaurant management experience is acceptable in lieu.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
