Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a shift of approximately 3-12 employees.
• Knowledgeable in product offerings, selling techniques, and service delivery for menu items.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer to management.
• Process refunds and assist with operational support functions as assigned.
• Pack and complete orders according to guest preferences and include condiments.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Unload deliveries and stock designated areas; replenish supplies and equipment.
