Flagship Culinary Services seeks a Lead Barista to guide two café stations, ensure consistent beverage quality, and model outstanding guest service. You will train new staff, manage scheduling, and uphold strong standards of cleanliness and inventory control.

You will lead daily operations, prepare a range of espresso drinks, and collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal offerings. This role starts with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule, Mondays through Fridays, with benefits and a supportive

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop or café environment.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience in food service preferred.
• Active ServSafe/food handler knowledge or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cafe operations delivering fast, courteous service.
• Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, teas per standard recipes.
• Assign tasks to baristas; supervise and coach staff.
• Monitor inventory; restock and manage supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation per health standards.
• Support catering and events with beverage service as needed.
