Qualifications

• Supervisory and/or barista experience preferred.
• Food handling certificate preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with each customer to ensure a positive experience.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases.
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety, merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage guidelines, presenting a professional appearance.
