You may perform barista duties, assist with merchandising and stock, handle cash, and learn product standards. The role emphasizes guest service, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and/or barista experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification required.
• Meets company performance standards for attendance and reliability.
• Food handling certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: Welcome and connect with each customer.
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling.
• Follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
• Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift.
• Contribute to store profitability: Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Learn and demonstrate all standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.
