Qualifications

• Prefer supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with each customer and effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide quality assurance by serving only items that meet visual and product quality standards and practicing safe food handling.
• Follow merchandising, stock guidelines, and cash handling procedures to support store profitability.
• Demonstrate knowledge as a barista and learn all standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.
