Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation to customers.
• Assist in supervision and direction of department personnel to ensure customer service.
• Delegate assignments to associates according to duty rosters.
• Order and maintain stock and supplies, monitor conditions and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment in a customer service area.
• Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Prepare a variety of beverages including espresso drinks and coffee of the day.
