Job summary

The role requires opening/closing duties, maintaining a clean bar, attending allergy and foodborne illness training, and adhering to safety and company policies. Prior Starbucks Barista experience is preferred, with certification within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Starbucks Lead Barista Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Two years of barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, preparing hot and cold beverages.
• Open/close retail area and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cash register and handle cash and card payments.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness training and safety meetings.
• Follow City of Hope safety, policies, and infection control guidelines.
