Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Starbucks Barista Certification within 30 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, takes orders, and prepares hot and cold beverages to customer specifications.
• Maintains clean, organized bar area and follows safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operates cash register and processes payments accurately.
• Attends training and safety meetings as designated.
• Follows City of Hope policies and procedures and assists with related duties as needed.
