Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting stands, managing inventories, verifying food preparation, and supporting staff during peak business periods, with opportunities to advance within the concessions team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in foodservice.
• Cash handling/cashier experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of concession associates on a per shift basis.
• Train, counsel and enforce work procedures and service standards.
• Inspect all stands and portables for cleanliness and safety.
• Verify stand inventories before and after events.
• Verify food preparation for timeliness and proper quantities.
• Evaluate and document performance of stand attendants.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned area.
• Assist concession associates in serving guests.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
