Job summary

The Golden Hog Market in Florida is seeking a full-time Lead Barista with strong coffee preparation and leadership experience to guide the team, ensure quality, and deliver outstanding service.

You will support Bakery Manager with daily operations, training, and rotating shifts Mon-Sun 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends. The role offers growth opportunities and a path to advanced responsibilities in a busy cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Barista/Lead Barista with demonstrated leadership.
• Hands-on espresso machine operation and beverage preparation.
• Ability to support bakery operations and daily tasks.
• Experience training and motivating team while maintaining quality.
• Willingness to assist with bakery production, packaging, restocking, and displays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced settings.
• Availability for full-time rotating shifts Mon-Sun 6:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and teas.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle peak times.
• Lead and train staff, assign tasks, and maintain standards.
• Ensure beverage quality and cleanliness of stations.
• Open/close procedures and assist with bakery operations as needed.
• Maintain equipment and restocking of products.
