Job summary

You will guide the team to maintain compelling product presentations and oversee the efficient running of the Café, acting as a trusted expert and hands-on leader who creates a welcoming environment for baristas. You will champion strong attendance, scheduling, positive leadership, and proactive support, while ensuring high standards of service, merchandising, and operations.

Qualifications

• Assist with deliveries, FIFO stock, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain cafe cleanliness and safety across the space.
• Support bookfloor presentation and loss prevention procedures.
