Starbucks Lead Barista Responsibilities:

• Create 'WOW' moments that have a positive and lasting impact on our customers.
• Assist customers with their orders for a variety of Starbucks services.
• Provide product suggestions and assist customers with special orders.
• Ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Respond to customer questions effectively and efficiently.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits.
• Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay that reflects market standards, generally starting between $15.50 and $17.65 per hour, with raises after predetermined hours. The actual rate will meet or surpass legal wage requirements for the location.
