Coffee Dose - Dose in a Box is seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our rapidly growing brand. Specialty coffee and restaurant experience are required.

Dose in a Box offers the same quality drinks as a third-wave cafe but aims to make the experience fun and unforgettable.

Coffee Dose is a welcoming place for coffee connoisseurs, Instagram enthusiasts, and everyone in between.

The Lead Barista is responsible for providing leadership, support, and direction to the team, managing schedules, enforcing procedures, ensuring efficient cafe operations, acting as a liaison between staff and upper management, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

• Ensuring staff members take breaks
• Assisting customers with complaints or concerns
• Assisting with ordering
• Collaborating with the store manager on daily operations
• Maintaining quality drinks and products
• Performing regular barista duties, including register operation and customer service
• Performing other duties as assigned

Pay: $18.50-$19.50/hour, plus tips averaging an additional $4-6 an hour

• Previous coffee experience
• Experience as a lead or supervisor
