Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related service experience; lead experience is a plus.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects and handle multiple entrees per tray.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servers follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Provide instruction during pre-shift meetings.
• Understand event flow, needs, and assignments.
• Manage time and attendance and meal breaks.
• Demonstrate customer-focused service and professionalism.
• Foster positive team relations with FOH, BOH, and management.
• Greet guests and maintain courteous interactions.
• Perform other duties as needed.
