You will design seasonal banquet menus, supervise cooks and service staff, collaborate with event teams, control costs, ensure ServSafe standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences for weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banquet or high-volume culinary environments, hotel experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication across diverse kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Banquet Menu Development — design seasonal menus reflecting coastal flavors and client needs.
• Event Execution — lead culinary production for events from 20 to 200 guests.
• Kitchen Leadership — supervise cooks, provide hands-on training, ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaboration With Event Teams — align culinary plans with logistics and timelines.
• Inventory & Cost Control — manage ordering, vendors, portions, and waste for cost targets.
• Quality & Consistency — uphold standards for flavor, freshness, and presentation.
• Health & Safety Compliance — ensure ServSafe and sanitation compliance.
• Innovation & Guest Experience — introduce new concepts and signature dishes.
